Sacubitril and Valsartan Tablets contain the following combination of medicines: valsartan and sacubitril. Valsartan inhibits the action of angiotensin II receptors, which tighten the blood vessels. Precautions

• It can interact with painkillers (aspirin), a drug to reduce cholesterol (rosuvastatin, atorvastatin), medicine to treat both type 1 and type 2 diabetes (insulin detemir), and blood pressure medication (metoprolol).
• Avoid alcohol intake while consuming Sacubitril+valsartan to prevent nasty side effects.
• Hypotension (low blood pressure), diabetes, angioedema (rapid swelling or puffiness under the skin), hyperkalemia (elevated potassium in the blood), renal artery stenosis, renal/liver illness, renal impairment.
• It is not advised to take Sacubitril and Valsartan Tablets while breastfeeding. Please consult your physician.
